I agree that the crocodile looks like to be the most fun.
If we would want to have the least amount of work, it would go for this place

Since its already open on Monday's, we could give out a couple of drink tickets to people at OHBM (they have $2 PBR). Monday is all night happy hour for them. That would certainly bring people over there. And it will also not be a "closed party". Even if you didn't have a ticket.
They also have a dance floor and it looks like there is a small stage.
