Dear All,

I try to use Champagne on interictal ecog and EEG data, and compare it with
other benchmark inverse methods.

EEG raw file is a cartool eph file; all other necessary data are in
Brainstorm (MRI and boundary surfaces imported in Brainstorm from
FreeSurfer,, however MRI fiducials are selected in brainstorm to adopt
internal brainstorm coordinate system, channel coordinates file, noise
covariance files, lead field file imported in brainstorm from OpenMEEG)

I was able to import cartool eph file and sensor name file in Nutmeg.

I also tried to use nut_bst2nuts to import the leadfield, channel file, and
noise cov file from brainstorm to Nutmeg, however I get the following error"

nut_bst2nuts('C:\Users\ovl\Desktop\brainstorm\brainstorm_db\Ecog-sLORETA1\data\graff_bembst_vol_1082_1922_1922_3erode_3mm_orig_amp_t151\@default_study\headmodel_vol_openmeeg','C:\Users\ovl\Desktop\brainstorm\brainstorm_db\Ecog-sLORETA1\data\graff_bembst_vol_1082_1922_1922_3erode_3mm_orig_amp_t151\@default_study\channel','C:\Users\ovl\Desktop\brainstorm\brainstorm_db\Ecog-sLORETA1\data\graff_bembst_vol_1082_1922_1922_3erode_3mm_orig_amp_t151\@default_study\noisecov_full');

Reference to non-existent field 'forw_LCMVmethod'.
Error in nut_bst2nuts (line 15)
forw = tmp.forw_LCMVmethod;

Is the code wrong, or the nut_bst2nuts code is not updated... LCMV method
is implemented no more in brainstorm, as far as I know.
Also, I mention I do not use MEG data, so no fiff file.

Is there a way around this?
Thank you,

Octavian Lie.
