[Pestica-commits] crash at 2nd stage

Hi all,

When I run run_pestica.sh, it crashes at the second stop, with the
message:

 

??? Undefined function or method 'corr' for input arguments of type
'double'.

 

Error in ==> apply_PESTICA2 at 105

    r_r(j)=corr(sparsed_resp,sparsed_m(:,j));

 

Do I need to convert the data to some other data format?
