Guray Erus<https://www.med.upenn.edu/cbica/aibil/gerus.html> (Director of Research, Center for Biomedical Image Computing and Analytics (CBICA) at University of Pennsylvania) is our featured speaker this month, with an introduction to the NiChart platform<https://neuroimagingchart.com/> in his presentation on some of the many capabilities of “NiChart: Neuroimaging Chart of AI-based Imaging Biomarkers.” NiChart is a remarkably multifaceted machine learning based framework for mapping multi-modal MRI images (see Abstract below).

Abstract:  NiChart is a machine learning–based platform that maps brain MRI data into a compact, yet informative, set of neuroimaging dimensions. The NiChart platform<https://neuroimagingchart.com/>, available both in the cloud and as an installable software package, offers direct access to processing pipelines, machine learning models, and normative reference distributions, enabling users to calculate imaging biomarkers of neurodegenerative diseases and aging without requiring dedicated computational infrastructure. In this webinar, we will present the key components and design principles of NiChart, illustrated with practical examples
