Ok, with Matt's help we now have a "lazy" (I've decided not to
sweat much, no figure etc) and "blurby" (needs to be shortened quite
considerably) draft.
I would appreciate if everyone interested to co-author (which I would
strongly encourage) would provide details for yourself (Name,
Affiliation, email), and go through and suggest edits (preferably
"cuts").
I will do a pass early tomorrow morning, finalize and submit around 10am
(deadline is noon EST)
