[Repronim-trd3] NICEMAN abstract for OHBM?

ok -- it is in. since were no objections/recommendations -- left Matt as
the first to suffer.  Attached (my PDF printer likes it landscape for
some reason)

I did not mark it for "Software demonstration" since Matt will be busy
with nitrc booth, and I will also try not to get stuck at the exhibit
table this time as I did through out previous years.
