[Repronim-trd3] Status and probably missing tomorrow's meeting

Yarik,

  I am being called into a two-day external audit of our IT Services (ISO
20000), which was hastily scheduled when the auditor was able to fit us
in.  So unless there is a break at 2, I will unfortunately miss tomorrow's
meeting.

  In terms of status, I have two small pull requests (196: to detect the
conda architecture <https://github.com/ReproNim/niceman/pull/196> and 197:
to gracefully handle an empty conda environment
<https://github.com/ReproNim/niceman/pull/197>)  that have been reviewed
and are ready to be merged.  My next step is to use the detected
architecture (and python version) to update my conda installing code
<https://github.com/ReproNim/niceman/pull/174> to use the correct version
of conda (and address 2 of the 3 outstanding review comments).
