[Repronim-trd3] Let's aim for 0.1.0 of niceman

and to follow up on Matt's question: I do not have a desired deadline
for 0.1.0 release BUT we better kick it out asap, i.e. as soon as those
issues we have listed against it are resolved. If anyone feels
that a specific deadline would help to structure your worktime, let me
know, but I feel we could make it happen this week - # and severity of
issues is such, and some are already about to be resolved.
