[Repronim-trd3] Let's aim for 0.1.0 of niceman

Hi Team,

We had a good number of fixes/enhancements since previous point release,
and I think we should cut 0.1.0 since many things (retrace, login
and possibly even exec --trace) should be usable by ppl.  I wanted to
try it actually within our ReproNIM training VM to capture/check on the
difference between older and newer VMs.  But it shown to be tricky.  I
would like to get niceman easily installable (apt, conda, etc) and
usable for that set of functionality I listed.

Please attend to the issues you have assigned, especially if they
are already listed within v0.1.0 milestone:

and if you feel that some other assigned to you (or nobody) issue is
"better be fixed for 0.1.0", please assign to the v0.1.0 milestone.
