[Repronim-trd3] AMI with DataLad?

Haven't dealt with creating EC2  instances much.  What is the best way
these days to provision one?  Well, with

  how do I figure out AMI for the NITR-CE?

 if I go to

 and select everything I think needed, I am still not provided AMI to be
 used to instantiate such a machine
