[Sdm-commits] implicit baseline

Hello,
when extracting the coordinates and t-statistics of the studies, I came across studies contrasting the condition of interest against an implicit baseline (e.g. emotional picture; patients > controls --> t-statistics positive number?), while others contrasted against a explicit baseline (e.g. emotional picture > neutral picture; patient > controls --> t-statistic positive number). Do I have do handle those studies differently when including them in the meta-anlaysis or can I assume both types of baseline work the same?
