The 312 MRI datasets may be downloaded to assess the accuracy, reproducibility and sensitivity of MRI segmentation software. The accuracy/validation dataset includes images from infants, adults and patients with Alzheimer’s disease and the reproducibility dataset includes 9 subjects who have been scanned with 8 different sequences at 1.0T and 3.0T. 2011-12-15 BSTP v1 Brain Segmentation Testing Protocol ANALYZE, NIfTI-1, Test Data, Data, Segmentation, OASIS, GNU General Public License (GPL), Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Depression, Hypertension, Alzheimer Disease, Schizophrenia, Asperger Syndrome, Autistic Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Substance-Related Disorders, MR http://www.nitrc.org/projects/bstp/, http://www.nitrc.org/projects/bstp/
