This software provides a series of user interaction wizards to allow users to select data variables to be de-identified, implements functions for auditing and validation of de-identified data, and enables the user to share the de-identified data in a single compressed package through various communication protocols. The software runs with Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems. 2017-8-14 DeID_Mac_Linux_dist_v1.2.1 2016-2-29 DeID_Mac_Linux_dist_v1.2 2016-2-29 DeID_Windows_v1.2 2015-8-04 DeID_Mac_Linux_dist_v1.1 2015-8-04 DeID_Mac_Linux_source_v1.1 2015-8-04 DeID_Windows_v1.1 2015-8-04 DeID_Windows_source_v1.1 2015-7-11 DeID_Windows_source 2015-7-11 DeID_Mac_Linux_source 2015-7-11 DeID_Windows 2015-7-11 DeID_Mac_Linux The De-identification Toolbox - A data sharing tool for neuroimaging studies MR, GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL) http://www.nitrc.org/projects/de-identification/ eckert@musc.edu
