Parcellating brain regions into functionally homogeneous subdivisions is critical for understanding normal and abnormal brain functions. Hence, functional parcellation techniques have recently gained further research momentum.
The toolbox is for parcellation of brain regions with fMRI data using regularized sparse representation method, and consists of parcellation modules at group and individual levels.
