The FeTS toolkit focuses on: bringing pre- trained segmentation models of numerous deep learning algorithms and their fusion, closer to clinical experts and researchers, thereby enabling easy quantification of new radiographic scans and comparative evaluation of new algorithms. allowing secure multi- institutional collaborations via federated learning to improve these pre-trained models without sharing patient data, thereby overcoming legal, privacy, and data-ownership challenges. 2022-12-12 0.0.9 2021-4-27 0.0.7 2021-4-20 0.0.6 2021-3-30 0.0.5 2021-3-12 0.0.4 2021-3-03 0.0.3 2021-1-18 0.0.2 2020-8-20 0.0.1 CBICA: Federated Tumor Segmentation (FeTS) CT, MR, Clinical Neuroinformatics, BSD License http://www.nitrc.org/projects/fets/, http://https://www.fets.ai/ sarthak.pati@uphs.upenn.edu
