Global Tree Reconstruction System (GTree) is an cross-platform (Windows, Linux) and freely available neuronal image visualization & analysis software for neuroscience academic research. GTree can reconstruct neuronal population from single image or TB-size brain-wide image stacks precisely. GTree is also a powerful integrated software including soma localization, automatic/manual neuron reconstruction and manual revision functions, etc. A laptop and a removable mobile hard disk with the capacity of tens of TBs are only required in the brain-wide reconstruction with GTree.
