MRIIT IIT Human Brain Template License Yes Illinois Institute of Technology NITRC IIT Human Brain Atlas (v.5.0) Yes The IIT Human Brain Atlas (v.5.0) contains anatomical, DTI, HARDI templates, probabilistic gray matter labels, probabilistic connectivity-based white matter labels, and major fiber-bundles of the adult human brain in ICBM-152 space. Artifact-free MRI data from 72 subjects were used in the development of the atlas. All diffusion MRI data collection was conducted using Turboprop, and spatial normalization was accomplished in a population-based fashion. If you use components of the atlas, please reference: Zhang S, Arfanakis K. Evaluation of standardized and study-specific diffusion tensor imaging templates of the adult human brain: Template characteristics, spatial normalization accuracy, and detection of small inter-group FA differences. Neuroimage 2018;172:40-50. - The manual of the atlas (found in "Downloads") contains a description of the available resources of the atlas as well as a number of HOW TOs. - Post questions or experiences with the atlas on the "Forums".
