Make Pipelines is a set of examples of neuroimaging workflows, implemented using the popular UNIX utility "make", documented in an extensive manual. These examples span structural MRI processing, fMRI processing (resting and task), diffusion tensor imaging, quantitative perfusion imaging, and reporting of fMRI results.
