It is based on command line tools from FSL suite to perform the ICA and related analyses (e.g. specific data preprocessing, atlas-based mask generation, mICA-based parcellation, dual-regression and direct back reconstruction). Various options provide flexible control of the analysis. mICA Toolbox is a helpful utility for researchers in the field of neuroimaging. It facillitates the study of intrinsic connectivity of brain (sub-)regions and the reconstruction of their extrinsic connectivity (i.e. connectivity with regions outside of the mask). The toolbox furthermore offers an easy way to calculate ICA reproducibility over a range of decomposition dimensions, which can be used to overcome the common problem of dimensionality estimation. 2018-8-09 5 - Production/Stable/Mature v1.18 2017-10-05 5 - Production/Stable/Mature v1.17 2017-6-12 5 - Production/Stable/Mature V 1.16 2017-5-19 5 - Production/Stable/Mature V 1.15 2016-11-08 5 - Production/Stable/Mature V 1.14 2016-7-14 5 - Production/Stable/Mature V 1.13 2016-3-27 5 - Production/Stable/Mature V 1.12 2015-12-28 5 - Production/Stable/Mature V 1.11 2015-12-02 5 - Production/Stable/Mature V1.10 2015-11-17 5 - Production/Stable/Mature V1.09 2015-11-12 5 - Production/Stable/Mature V1.08 2015-7-15 5 - Production/Stable/Mature V1.05 2015-3-20 5 - Production/Stable/Mature V1.04 masked ICA (mICA) Toolbox English, NIfTI-1, Linux, End Users, MacOS, Tcl/Tk, Python, MR, Computational Neuroscience, 5 - Production/Stable/Mature, Independent Component Analysis, GNU General Public License (GPL) http://www.nitrc.org/projects/mica/ ManuelSanchez.Jorge@mh-hannover.de
