Apache License 2.0 Yes NIRAL NITRC NeoSegPipeline - MultisegPipeline Linux Yes C++, Python Juan Prieto This tool allows the tissue segmentation of brain MRI using a subject-specific atlas, as well as a generic multi-atlas based segmentation of regional label definitions. For the tissue segmentation, it generates a subject-specific atlas based on an atlas population propagated to the individual subject image (using optionally also using diffusion images). The MultisegPipeline version allows also regional generic multi-atlas segmentation.
