OGRE license Yes Washington University School of Medicine NITRC One-step General Registration and Extraction One-step General Registration and Extraction (OGRE) is a fMRI preprocessing pipeline for people who use FSL FEAT for volumetric GLM analysis of fMRI data. OGRE combines useful features of HCP/fMRIprep preprocessing to improve analysis of. Specifically, OGRE integrates FreeSurfer brain extraction, FSL FNIRT registration, and one-step interpolation of preprocessing transformations; and provides outputs suitable for FSL FEAT (and CONN) analysis. In motor task fMRI, OGRE reduces inter-individual variability and increases detection of task-related signal, compared to preprocessing with FSL's built-in tools or fMRIprep. OGRE has not yet been tested with other fMRI data. 2026-7-07 v1.0.2 One-step General Registration and Extraction Application, MR, OGRE license http://www.nitrc.org/projects/ogre/
