PySisyphe license Yes INSERM UMR 1214 ToNIC-Toulouse NeuroImaging Center NITRC PySisyphe PySisyphe is general-purpose software designed for visualising and post-processing neuroimaging data. It supports advanced 2D and 3D visualization modes, as well as a wide range of post-processing functions: region-of-interest (ROI)/mesh management, filtering/denoising, texture analysis, co-registration, Leksell stereotactic frame detection, segmentation, fMRI analysis, time series analysis, perfusion and diffusion/tracking processing. The most common neuroimaging formats are imported: DICOM (including RTSTRUCT/RTDOSE), Nifti, Nrrd, Minc, Brainvoyager, FreeSurfer, Vtk, Numpy. A large collection of atlases and templates (volumes, ROI, meshes, streamlines) is already included in the package: sym and asym ICBM152, ICBM452, Atropos, Distal, Nac, SPL, SRI24. PySisyphe is extensible via plug-ins and provides a fully documented API that gives access to all of the software's advanced features and widgets for fast plug-in development. Versions for MS Windows and MacOS platforms are available.
