SPHARM-PDM is a tool that computes point-based models using a parametric boundary description for the computing of Shape analysis. Since July 2017, SPHARM-PDM is now available as a 3D Slicer extension (http://www.slicer.org) and as part of SlicerSALT (salt.slicer.org). Dissemination of SPHARM-PDM through SlicerSALT is now the major mode of dissemination for downloading new versions of SPHARM-PDM.
