CC-BY Yes University of California Davis NITRC University of California Davis - Titi monkey Neuroimaging Atlas (UCD-TiNA) The integrated MRI-based atlas package for the titi monkey brain has three complementary components: 1. UCD-TiNA, a hierarchical 74 volumes of interest (VOI) brain MRI anatomical atlas, created from a single subject with three levels of cortical and sub-cortical classifications; 2. UCD-TiNA_group, a population-based brain template, derived from MRI scans of 17 monkeys incorporating the same 74 VOIs as UCD-TiNA; and 3. UCD-TiNA_mac, a manually-segmented MRI atlas compilation of 14 social-bonding-associated VOIs from 6 monkeys. The package also includes whole brain, white matter, and gray matter masks for UCD-TiNA and UCD-TiNA_group.
