\mainpage Overview

The Cancer Imaging Phenomics Toolkit (<b>CaPTk</b>) is a comprehensive imaging analytics suite of algorithms aiming to derive extensive panels of quantitative imaging features and integrate them into diagnostic and predictive models. Applications in CaPTk use those imaging features in diagnostic and predictive models to support optimized, personalized treatment planning. These tools have been developed in the context of active clinical research studies and collaborations and have inspired by clinical needs.

This software is distributed with the long-term goal of providing widely
used technology that will help biomedical researchers leverage the
wealth of information offered by various forms of imaging, leading
to better understanding of the biological mechanisms of cancer
development. CaPTk provides an example of how advanced image computing
may be used to guide treatment decisions via diagnostic and predictive
models.

The software has been designed for research purposes only and has not been
reviewed or approved by the Food and Drug Administration or by any other
agency. It is not intended or recommended for clinical applications.

CaPTk is principally developed and distributed by the <a
