1.3.0RC-f installs.
In the Start menu there is a CaPTk folder, which only contains an
"uninstall" link, no link to the CaPTk.exe.
Taki reported this as well.
This change seems to have happened coincident with the addition of
the icon...

Yes, but the same recipe worked when I tried it a while back using
the same version.
> What about removing the brain icon from the Windows
install? I notice that there's now a shortcut from
CAPTHINSTALLDIR/captk to .../bin/CaPTk Is that interfering with the
Start menu link?
Well, the shortcut to CaPTk in the install directory is coming up
fine so not sure why that would interfere, if at all. In any case,
is this a critical issue?

Not getting this to work no matter what I do. The same recipe was working in the Feb release but not any more.
