| Detailed description |
- Trying to run recurrence. It tells me that image dimensions
don't match. Finally, I realize that I first need to close all
images before loading a new case, which should be a more obvious
warning, rather than "image sizes don't match: co-register your
images"
- Recurrence module doesn't have any sample data in the
distribution
- Trying to run recurrence by following the instructions. I try
to train a new model on sample dataset, but it errors that there is
no subject with appropriate image data. Trying to use existing
model, but it doesn't exist.
- Trying to run recurrence on a single patient. It complains that
I need to load the DTI data, even though I tried it 3 times. Giving
up on recurrence: module NOT WORKING
- HELP files: USAGE: Looking at infiltration index. It gives very
specific image dimensions and parameters, this is totally not
practical, of course. Does the module work only under such strict
conditions, or you want to reword this usage file?
I see some of them are essential semantics but they need to be
communicated to the user via the documentation.
