The "Real World Coordinates" and the "Image Indeces [Rounded]"
should be included in the output text file and be displayed for
both the pre-injection and post-injection rois. So in the text
file, please add the following:
• Volumetric change
• Volumetric change per 3D octant
• Pre-injection ROI (important points)

o Image Indices [Rounded]
• Post-Injection ROI (important points)
