Dear Developers,
We are now trying to analyz resting-state fMRI following your
ENIGMA resting-state docker pipeline. We have successfully
installed the docker image of
bepipelinepub/pipeline_afni_ants_scripts in our Mac (macOS Sierra),
and followed the pdf instructions to organize the test data and run
analyses. However, we are stucked at the very beginning of
docker afni analyses: we met the error message as shown in the
attached screen snapshot. It seems that there is no such a file
called "run_afni_pipeline.py" in the container.
Would you please give us some hint about how to resolve the problem
is? Greatly appreciate!
