| Detailed description |
Good morning,
Does CRUISE support non-axial images? Because every time I did not
reorient the image, the output is incorrect. It seems that CRUISE
only works on Axial images. Or is it possible to acquire the
correct output without reorienting the image?
Thank you.

CRUISE should be fine with
non-axial acquired images.
There are two possibilities, the header of your input image is
incorrect or one of our modules is not working correctly.
You can try setting the header image for your data manually with
MIPAV and see if that fixes your problem.
Alternatively, can you identify the first point(s) of failure in
your processing ?
HTH,
Aaron
