| Detailed description |
When downloading ashs_atlas_upennpmc_20161128.tar, the system led
me to log in and license agreement. I logged in and clicked "I
agree", the page then showed "Thank you. Your download should begin
immediately. If not, please click here." but nothing happened.

browser issue. I downloaded it successfully through Firefox, thank
you!

I haven't seen anyone give a solution to this on Google, so I
thought I would share my solution: I had the same issue when using
Google Chrome. I swapped to a different browser (Safari) and
downloaded it successfully.
