these are now fixed and released, in SchitzBull_2008 V1.2

the undetermined class is a segmentation decision, small regions
within the white matter. These determinations were made and
reviewed at CMA, and so will be left in the data.

HC_003 has had the 48 (Thalamus) to 49 (Thalamus-Proper) in the seg
fix; this will be propagated into into the V1.2 updated release.

Well, the short answer is these fill codes can be resolved by the
'complete' FreeSurferColorLUT.txt file (if you have the freesurfer
distribution). And I attach the file here for completeness.
In short we see that:
48 Right-Thalamus
61 Right-undetermined
72 5th-Ventricle
85 Optic-Chiasm
77 WM-hypointensities
Since these are somewhat 'non-standard' labels, the more
interesting question is what to do about them. Will think for
awhile and respond again once I have a recommendation...
