Hello CANDI givers,



I know the first one is free, but may we have some more, please?



The labeled volumes in NIFTI format are excellent!



But is is possible to make the parcellation results available, and can they be provided as outlines as well as NIFTI?

There is actually two pieces to this, the request for .otl files, which we will schedule to add to the current releases as soon as we can.  And the request for 'parcellation'.  Parcellation data will be avaialble as part of the very soon to be released BipolarDisorders_2007 paper (estimated 2/16/2012); which is a subset of the SchizBull_2008 paper, but will include the lobe and CMA parcellation unit segmentation, fills, and probabilities.
