Detailed description

I just started testing DOTS for use in our pipeline processing and we're pretty impressed so far- it's very easy to get everything up and running quickly.

Can you explain how the "Overlapping Probability Number" parameter affects the overlapping tract segmentation? Is there any reason that we might want to change this number higher or lower?
