ROI option not showing up |

Hello,
We work on two different linux systems and have recently upgraded
them. When we reinstalled SPM and Pickatlas, one of the computers
is not giving the option to do an ROI analysis. Pickatlas is seen
in the GUI (you can use it to make an ROI), but it never gives the
option to do an ROI analysis when running results. Has anyone run
into this problem before? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling
pickatlas and still no luck.

Hello Tim,
Please make sure that the PA directory is at the top of your path.
Also, if you are running SPM8, please make sure you've also
downloaded and installed the SPM8 patch from nitrc.
