invalid loading of analyze volumes |
| Detailed description |
the software does not load analyze file and crashes althought it is
mentioned in the manual that it works for analyze and nifti files.
after some analyses and tracing, the proglem goes to the MapPrepare
function which generates bad indices for the loaded mask or volume.
I noticed that the header file of the analyze files is not
correctly in the read_hdr function, please refer to analyze75info
matlab function for correct loading of analyze files.
