How to compare channels that cannot be included in one single brain view?

Detailed description

Hi,

I have 2 sets*12 channels (bilateral) and was checking the corrected activation map. However, my set of channels could not be included in any single brain view. For example, the occipital view only included 9 out of 12 channels in a set, and the lateral view only included 5 of them. In the txt exported, the statistics (beta & T-stat) of those channels not included were shown as N/A. How can I compare all channels simultaneously?

On the other hand, the threshold value seemed to depend on the brain view (and actually, the number of channels being compared). Since a channel could be seen in both the occipital view and the lateral view, with the thresholds under the two views being different, the T-stat of this channel could be above the threshold in one view but below the threshold in another. Is this how it's supposed to work? Then how can I determine whether a channel had a reliable activation or not?

Thanks!
