Detailed description

Hi Chris,

I'm opening the Neuromorphometrics data and they provide a T1 weighted MRI scan + a manual segmentation + a label map.
For example:


I can open the segmentations as a standalone file just fine. The viewer shows an additional table with defined ROIs and a predefined color scheme for the segmentations.


When I first open the T1 sequence and then overlay the segmentation, I'm getting a "File not open" error dialog:


Sadly, due to the data license, I can not share the files.


I'm not sure why I'm getting this error and what it tries to tell me.
How can I provide you with the necessary information to reproduce this? Hope I can be more helpful with providing information.

Sorry, I can not provide insight without an example dataset. You may want to try out MacOS or Linux to see if they have different behavior.
