ROI Contours |
| Detailed description |
I'd like to show the contours of my ROIs on the surface, i.e.,
just the edges and not the filling of the ROI. I'm trying to do
this using a nii volume containing 7 ROIs. Thank you.

See the Scripting/Templates/contour for an example of creating a
contour. It is more efficient if you convert your NIfTI voxel-based
volume into a mesh-based GIFTI overlay. However, you could also
load it as 7 different voxel-based images and apply the contours to
each.
