I need access to ICBM data samples from "'1000 Functional Connectomes' Project" dataset. I'm a PhD researcher and can provide any additional information you might need. Please let me know if access is granted. Thanks.

You will need to request access from the INDI team (the data providers).  Please go to http://fcon_1000.projects.nitrc.org/ and follow the "Request Access" link at the bottom of the page.  The INDI team usually handles requests in a day or two.
