Detailed description

I have problems downloading 1000 Functional Connectomes Project data from http://fcon_1000.projects.nitrc.org/fcpClassic/FcpTable.html


It works from my home computer, but not from my work computer (I work at Zhejiang university in Zhejiang province，China). The error message is "This tool/resource's administrator will have to grant you permission to view this page" when I try to download any file.
