Detailed description

I am encountering a few challenges while using ASHS cloud version. Its urgent!



  1. Difficulty in finding both T1-weighted (T1w) and T2-weighted (T2w) scans for the same subjects on the ADNI website.
  2. When using the ASHS Cloud version, the system requests both T1w and T2w images for segmentation. However, the documentation suggests that segmentation can be performed with T2w data alone.

Could you please clarify:



  • Is it possible to proceed with segmentation using only T2w scans in the ASHS Cloud version? If yes, is there a specific configuration or atlas that I need to use?

  • Is there an atlas in ASHS suitable for segmentation using only T1w or only T2w images? I found one for t1w ,but that is not for detailed subfield segmentation. But I am interested on detailed subfield segmentation.

  • Could you provide detailed instructions for preparing ADNI data (T1w and/or T2w) for optimal use with ASHS, especially in the cloud version?
