Forbidden download of 3T high-res PMC atlas

Detailed description

I am attempting to process my T1w and T2w data with fast ASHS using the 3T PMC atlas for older adults with anisotropic T2w scans. When attempting to download the atlas, it says I am forbidden to download that content. 


Please advice on how permission to download the fast ASHS version can be obtained. It is critical for processing of my data.
