I noticed I have two copies of
FSL listed in monitoring: "FSL" and "FSL (orig)". The latter (URL
given here) seems to have been a test setup. I thought I should be
able to remove it by clicking on the trash link in the monitoring
list (URL = http://www.nitrc.org/frs/monitor.php?fil...), but
this gives me an error:

The fix to this has been given
a low priority. Please contact me directly if this happens again
before the fix.

Right, "FSL (orig)" you see
listed was a test project that has been replaced by "FSL." The test
project still exists but is private, so only a limited set of
people have permission to access this project; hence the permission
denied message. I have removed your monitoring administratively,
but that this situation can happen is certainly a bug.
