Detailed description

Dear Dr. Babak..I am trying to use ART2 to spatially normailze my structural and functional images (converted from nifti to analyze format). When I use applywarp3d, something wacky is happening, such that the output is oriented somewhere out of the field of view. I have been working to correct this issue for days now, with limited success. Any advice or suggestions you could provide would be appreciated..Christine
