I recently installed vmtk package into my 3Dslice and tried to follow the tutorial to generate coronary artery centre lines. I can perform all functions until the center line module. it seems that the module cannot find input data in the data pipe line. I then checked all vmtk modules that I installed, only VMTKvesselenhancement, and VKTMeasylevelsetsegmentation modules can find the volume files in 3Dslice, all others such as VMTKcenterlines, VMTKbranspliting, VMTKnetworkextraction cannot see volume data in the 3Dslice.
