Hang's short-cut module to the Vaa3D main menu is broken.
The plugin short-cut still work.
This is the problem found for both Mac and Linux. Maybe also for
Win7.
I suspect this is a problem introduced when Win7 compiling was
fixed.
Need fix.

I did not do any change on the Custom_toolbar module when building
on Win7. Hang ever said that the work version on Win7 is the old
version. So he should know more details on this issue.
The current custom_toolbar setting dialog on Win7 has three tabs:
Tri View, 3D View, and Plugin. There is only one menu item
available in Tri View ("See in 3D") and 3D View ("Sync Tri-view
Objs") tab respectively. These two short-cuts work on Win7. Not all
main menu items appear in the setting dialog. Please see the
attachments on the contents in three tabs in the custom_toolbar
setting dialog on Win7.
