Every night we prune from the download count hits that came from
web crawlers and other bots. A number of these come from
NITRC's own crawler, and can amount to (at least) one hit per
download. This can give the appearance of jumping counts, but
the number then better reflects the number of downloads by humans
who intend to use the download.
