large neuron reconstruction may crash the neuron decomposer

Detailed description

when load a very large neuron reconstruction (e.g. dragon fly 162 with threshold 30 of hp tracing), the neuron loader that decompose the reconstruction into small segments (as used in neuron editing or plugin's neuron assignment), it crashes on both Mac and Linux.

This may related to the wrong reconstruction data structure in the file, or a bug in the decomposition code.
