Detailed description

Hello,

I've got error when I try to reorient images from the sample images provided with the aBEAT package. "002_S_1261-0-reoriented.img" file is created but not the "002_S_1261-0-reoriented.hdr" file.

Below the complete log error viewable from the terminal :

The problem is:
/bin/bash: /home/matthieu/programs/aBEAT/tools/makeavwheader: No such file or directory

makeavwheader is not found in the "tools" directory. Please copy the file "makeavwheader" from the downloaded zip package and put it in the "tools" directory in your Linux OS.

I have encountered exactly the same problem! the img reoriented file is generated, while the hdr do not. Could anyone answer this question?

Thank you sooo much!
